1) All items are in stock & should be delivered within 3 - 6 days. All items leave the studio in perfect condition & are securely packed. If you have not received the goods within 7 days please e-mail or phone us on 01946 590538.

 2) Due to health & safety regulations items purchased will not be exchanged. Items sent are those displayed unless otherwise stated.

 3) Faulty goods will be replaced with a similar fascinator of the same value.

 4) Description of goods are those commonly used in the trade and unless otherwise stated refer to imitation products only, for example this includes pearls, gold and silver.Colours are also described as I think is the best way I can .Items cannot be returned if they do not match your outfit.

5) Whilst all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of content, no responsibility can be taken for any error or omission.

6) Please Note - We cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the post so please try and order well in advance as Items cannot be returned due to late delivery.  If your order is required within the week, please try and advise us when you make the payment so we can post it to you as soon as we possibly can. We always send notification before we post all Fascinators & keep proof of Postage & Delivery of all items sent.
